I feel like the straightforward nature of the concept of aligning approach with clear principles often belies how profound of an impact it has. Its as if means and ends have to be coherent if the ends are meant to be lasting. I also appreciated the hip-hop references sprinkled in here!

Traditional conservatism prefers a reduction in government spending and control, which is part of this problem. I was stunned to see how many unrelated non profits, which I previously thought to be state or local endeavors, were decimated by cuts in Federal program spending. Government and philanthropic money also helps fuel wasteful duplication-- there are hundreds of non profits and government agencies engaged in serving the homeless in my community, wi
